AMY BEACH: 5:25pm Beaverbrook Handicap

Mick Channon’s filly has had a consistent start to her career thus far and has bumped into one or two along the way.

Some of her best form appears to have arrived in softer ground but she ran right back to form at Newmarket on a quicker surface last time out.

David Probert gets the ride again and she boats a nice enough profile to make her presence felt in this seven-runner field.

DOC SPORTELLO: 7:00pm Walton-On-The-Hill Handicap

The son of Majestic Missile has been in strong form in 2021, winning on three occasions and fared better than the bare result at Brighton last time out.

He’s been dropped 3lbs by the handicapper as a result and his form on turf doesn’t read all that bad if forgiven his run in East Sussex last time out.

Luke Morris, who steered him to his Wolverhampton success in May, is back aboard.

HUNNI: 7:30pm Rubbing House Handicap

Tom Clover’s yard are operating at a creditable 17% strike-rate of late and his duel-Newmarket winner from last season makes just her third appearance of the year and gets a first run outside of Suffolk since June 2020.

Hunni runs at Epsom Downs for the second time in her career later this week

She finished fourth here before off a 3lbs higher mark and in-form Laura Pearson is jocked up with her mount now racing without headgear.

Down sizably in grade, this looks a decent opportunity to run back to form.
