Following yesterday’s Catterick NAP, Wise Eagle, doing the business in Yorkshire, focus is now on tonight’s fixture at Chelmsford.

It may pay to side with Saeed bin Suroor’s Raaeb in Essex on Thursday, who can perhaps be forgiven for his underwhelming Wolverhampton run last time out.

That was his first outing for 13 months and if he’s dusted off the cobwebs, he’ll hopefully be fit-and-firing for his reappearance this evening.

Raaeb is Saeed bin Suroor’s only runner on the card at Chelmsford this evening

The race fit Shimmering Dawn, who was ahead of Jim Crowley’s mount in the Black Country, reopposes the selection once again but only 1lbs separates them in the weights.

Action at Chelmsford starts at 5:15pm on Thursday and concludes at 8:15pm.
