After a fine campaign as a three-year-old, connections are probably taken aback that their filly is contending at this level when you consider she was winning a maiden at Wolverhampton back in March.

She has, however, taken the step up in trip in her stride and finished a fine fourth in the Oaks before winning a competitive Class 1 event at Newmarket thereafter.

On that basis, she looks well capable of winning a Group 2 and the longer distance now is an intriguing move.

The form from the gelding’s Newmarket win has stacked up very nicely and he tackles the seven-furlong trip once again here.

He’s given a good account of himself in three starts on good ground, winning twice and finishing second in the other, with his only disappointment coming in the testing Royal Ascot ground in the 2020 Chesham.

However, he wasn’t fazed by the 13-month break last time out and with that outing under his belt, could be tough to pip here.
