The Diomed Stakes Flat Race is the third race that takes place on Derby Day, Day Two, at Epsom Downs Racecourse for The Epsom Derby Festival every year.

The Epsom Derby Festival is a magical two-day occasion that presents 14 riveting flat races including The Epsom Oaks, The Princess Elizabeth Stakes, The Cazoo Derby and many more prestigious affairs.

The Diomed Stakes Flat Race is a Class 1, Group 3 flat race that serves as the third race at Epsom Downs Racecourse for The Epsom Derby Festival’s Derby Day every June.

Open to horses aged three years old and above, The Diomed Stakes Flat Race runs 1 mile and 113 yards of Epsom Downs Racecourse and featured just six runners last time out in 2019.
