The City And Suburban Handicap Flat Race is a Class 2 handicap flat race that serves as the third race of The Epsom Spring Meeting at Epsom Downs Racecourse every April.

Open to horses aged four years old and above, The City And Suburban Handicap Flat Race runs 1 mile, 2 furlongs and 17 yards of Epsom Downs Racecourse and featured eleven runners last time out.
