The racing action continues at Epsom, with another seven-race card on offer for punters in Surrey.

The card begins with a 7f Nursery Handicap at 1:45 and concluded with a 7f Handicap at 5:05.

Our team have scoured through the card in hope of pinning down some value across the contests.

Here are three selections to consider for this afternoon’s racing at the Downs.

DELEGATE THIS LORD – 2:50 EPSOM (14/1 – Ladbrokes)

Making his first start over six furlongs in almost a year, Delegate This Lord could well be overpriced in a five-runner handicap for Simon Hodgson.

The seven-year-old finished four and a quarter lengths off the pace at Salisbury earlier in the month and has been dropped 3lbs in the ratings.

He finished second over this distance at Goodwood when 3lbs higher and his price of 14/1 possesses huge appeal at this stage.

HACKBRIDGE – 4:35 EPSOM (12/1 – bet365)

Under the guidance of Pat Phelan, Hackbridge could strike in the 1m2f Handicap for his connections.

All three of his career successes on the flat have come over this distance, albeit on the all-weather at Lingfield.

He will need to prove himself on turf but he is at a handy mark, with his price of 12/1 holding some each-way value.

TRUSTY SCOUT – 5:05 EPSOM (6/1 – Various)

Making his stable debut for David O’Meara, Trusty Scout could be of interest on his first start on British soil in the 7f Handicap.

The three-year-old showed some ability on his four starts to date in Ireland and his new trainer has a knack of progressing recruits from other yards.

His odds of 6/1 kick up some value, as he could well offer up a big run here.
