The second day of Glorious Goodwood gets underway on Wednesday, with a seven-race card on offer for punters.

The action gets underway at 1:50 with a 1m4f Handicap and concludes with a 7f Handicap at 5:20.

The Sussex Stakes is the feature race of the day at the Chichester track, which is pencilled in at 3:35.

Our team have taken a look through the card, in hope of finding some value.

Here are three selections to add to your calculations for the second day of Glorious Goodwood.

Kings Prince – 1:50 Goodwood (8/1 – Various)

A relatively unexposed colt from Mark Johnston’s yard, Kings Prince could strike on his handicap debut.

The son of Kingman has only made three starts to date, winning twice in novice events before being outclassed in Listed company.

Handicaps could well be the three-year-old’s level and he does hold an enticing price of 8/1.

Onassis – 2:25 Goodwood (11/1 – bet365)

A C&D winner in the Listed October Fillies’ Stakes last year, Onassis could return to form in the Group 3 Oak Tree Stakes for Charlie Fellowes.

The Dubawi filly claimed success on her last start at Goodwood which also came on heavy ground.

The four-year-old does concede weight to several rivals in this contest, but her previous course experience should benefit and her price tag of 11/1 is appealing.

Alcohol Free – 3:35 Goodwood (7/1 – Coral)

A smart filly hailing from Andrew Balding’s yard, Alcohol Free could benefit from the heavy ground in the Sussex Stakes.

The three-year-old proved herself in tough conditions at Royal Ascot, claiming success in the Queen Anne Stakes.

She holds weight against most of her rivals here and she could be in the mix at the decent price of 7/1.
