The five-year-old does have to prove himself over a mile and a half however, after finishing five lengths off the pace in Meydan over this distance.
OUTBOX (10/1) has made steady improvement throughout the season and could strike in this company for Archie Watson, while Andrew Balding’s ALOUNAK (11/1) returns to Group competition following his Old Newton Cup success at Haydock earlier in the month.
PABLO ESCOBARR (12/1) is yet to fire this season for William Haggas and David O’Meara’s EAGLES BY DAY (14/1) could strike on his seasonal reappearance.
WITHOUT A FIGHT (14/1) has finished in the places on his two starts so far this season, while Alounak’s stablemate FOX TAL (22/1) is aiming for his first success in almost two years.
