Woodcock – 6:05 Windsor (9/1 – Various)

After two poor efforts over seven furlongs, Woodcock is stepped back up to a mile at Windsor on Monday evening.

The lightly-raced gelding was extremely poor on his last start, finishing 46 lengths off the pace in last place at Lingfield last month.

Could Woodcock bounce back for Henry Candy?

However, Henry Candy’s runner finished second at 5lbs higher in similar conditions at Bath back in April and the quicker ground should benefit here.

The four-year-old also has a 3lb claimer booked in which could support his hunt for success in this contest.

Holding a price of 9/1, Woodcock could bounce back to form here.
