REECE’S LONGSHOT | Naas: Monday’s Each-Way Bet of the Day

A well-bred filly makes the cut for the each-way selection at Naas on Monday

The Curragh General
Easily – 4.35 Naas (25/1 – Various)

After showing some promise on her debut two weeks ago, Easily could show further improvement in the BBA Ireland Sourcing U.S. Winners Fillies Maiden at Naas.

Donnacha O’Brien’s filly was prominent on her first start at Dundalk, but she drifted out of contention in the final stages.

The three-year-old does have seven lengths to find on second favourite Umneyaat, but that did come on the all-weather surface.

The daughter of Galileo was foaled by 1m2f winner Beyond Brilliance, who ran a creditable fourth in the 2014 Irish Oaks.

Her dam is also a half-sister to 2009 Cheshire Oaks winner Perfect Truth and French Listed winner Impressionist.

With Easily’s pedigree noted, there could be more to come from O’Brien’s filly and she could well snatch a place at huge odds of 25/1.
