An experienced sprinter hailing from Tim Easterby’s yard, Flying Pursuit could well bounce back in a 6f Handicap at Windsor.
The eight-year-old has claimed all but one of his nine career successes over this distance and he could return to winning ways in this company.
The gelding was poor on his last start at Ripon at the beginning of the month, but he has been bumped down in the ratings and is now only 2lbs above his last winning mark.
He has shown his versatility on all ground types over the years and he should be able to cope with the softer conditions this evening.
With a 5lb claimer booked in as well, Flying Pursuit could well outrun his 12/1 price tag here.
