The Yorkshire Oaks heads the action on day two of the York Ebor Festival, with seven fillies gunning for Group 1 success in the 1m4f contest.

SNOWFALL (2/5) has burst onto the scene this season after three top-draw performances on both sides of the Irish Sea for Aidan O’Brien.

The filly announced herself in the Group 3 Musidora Stakes here back in May, before storming home by an eye-catching 16 lengths in the Epsom Oaks.

She followed that up with another blistering performance in the Irish equivalent at the Curragh last month and looks untouchable over the 12 furlongs distance.

WONDERFUL TONIGHT (11/2) has made her mark this season as well, with the Le Havre filly making light work of her opponents in her two starts to date for David Menuisier.

The four-year-old is unbeaten on her last four starts, but she will need the heavens to open overnight if she is to compete here.

ESHAADA (11/1) carries some interest into the contest for Roger Varian, with the three-year-old looking massively unexposed.

The filly has only made three career starts to date, winning her first two outings before finishing second at Royal Ascot.

She clearly has some ability and she may well be of each-way interest in this contest.

LOVING DREAM (14/1) relished the quicker ground when claiming success in the Ribblesdale Stakes for John & Thady Gosden, while Ralph Beckett’s ALBAFLORA (25/1) has finished 6 and 11 lengths behind Wonderful Tonight on her last two starts.

Snowfall’s stablemates DIVINELY (50/1) and LA JOCONDE (125/1) complete the line-up of seven.
